[Metastockusers] How to use Downloader to download Dow 30 from Quote.com

Note: I also posted this in another MetaStock newsgroup.

In MetaStock 8, can someone walk me through how to download close 
data from Quote.com for Dow 30.

Can you please be very specific and give exact steps.

I know how to use the MetaStock explorer, but am confused about the 
Downloader.
