Ron, Thanks for your response. You said there were 2 files. Are these files in the metastock program? I have v.8.01. I have not installed the disc yet. Can I get to these files before I need to choose a data download? Are these files posted on the metastock home page or equis? Sorry for being so dense. I have a ph.D., but not in computers and software. Marshall
