tried to do something with 3 line break, but requires plug-in to use
in indicator. turning points can not be referenced as is. i wrote a
plug-in for amibroker to overlay TLB line on regular price chart. you
can try it out at:

look towards bottom for TLB files. download amiboker first, eh! I
backtested a few systems for fun. didn't spend too much time on it
though. programming a plug-in for MS is too much work, so i had to
use AB.
