Can anyone recommend MetaStock programming books?
I read Metastock in a Nutshell but it is a little too basic.
Specifically, I am wondering if anyone has read and can recommend
the MetaStock Programming Guide from http://www.tradingxl.com.au?
which sells for about $170 US.
