I got Meta Stock 8.0 end of day a week ago, still trying to get 
comfortable with the program. I was wondering how do you enter 
Index's like for example ^XAU or SOX etc. Also is there site or does 
anyone know where I can find a formula for a cup-with-handle. Thanks
