There are no "policies" that I know of for newbies. I
think Lionel and Jayson covered this issue fairly well
already.
The poster came off as asking a very broad question
which could be interpreted as "how do I use MS"?
You actually gave a pretty decent answer to get him
started. I was responding to your criticism of this
group -- I don't think that was necessary or
warranted.
