My understanding that it is a fix and the FBI says 
that we also need to disable the plugnplay feature.
 
The article in the Houston chronicle listed the 
following 2 sites for more information:-

Infrastructure Protection Center. I couldn't reach it with Microsoft Internet 
Explorer, I had to use NETSCAPE to access this page (this makes me feel very 
paranoid).

I suggest that you visit the National

      Windows 98 SE running Internet Connection Sharing, and Windows ME.
