Tuning Windows 98

I have used the following to enhance 
the performance of my system. The settings are suggested for those with a 
minimum of 256M of RAM.
 
FreeMeter to monitor RAM

to modify disk cache settings: <A

suggest you create a custom setting with the following values:Min & Max 
Disk Cache 65536Chunk Size 1024Name Cache 6114Directory Cache 
128 To force Windows 98 to use all available RAM before the 
swapfile on the disk add: ;FULL RAM 
USAGEConservativeSwapfileUsage=1 at the end of the [386Enh] 
section of your system.ini file.
