There were a number of suggestions on this problem. Several pieces of
software were suggested that would allow you to run 2 operating systems on
your computer. Partition Magic will do this.  At boot up you can select the
operating system that you want to use.

At tech support, if you are lucky you'll get a knowledgeable person.

Keep sending your request to tech support with one change. At the top of the
message in lager bold letters write "When can I expect an answer to this
query" or something similar.
