  Theo:
One other suggestion, have separate data folders
for the Pro and EOD versions.

TL : Why ? (i supose you have good
  reasons).

  Here is what's New for V 7.3

TL : i have 7.03 but always interested in new
  versions of course.

The following list shows many of the new features
added to version 7.2 (as compared to version 7.0).

  · The MetaStock Web Browser allows you to
view internet web sites from within MetaStock. The browser window can be
linked to a chart through Web Resources so your browser's information will
update as you scroll through your securities.· You can add your own
chart-centric Web Resources that give you information on the current chart.
Right click the background of a chart and choose Web Resources.· You
can make a trade with an online broker using the Online Trading toolbar from a
chart, from an exploration report, or from a triggered expert
  alert.

  · The Ichimoku Kinko Hyo indicator gives you
  a broad look at prices.

style="PADDING-RIGHT: 0px; PADDING-LEFT: 5px; MARGIN-LEFT: 5px; BORDER-LEFT: #000000 2px solid; MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px">
  TL : also for 6.52 and 7.03 ?

  · The Relative Performance indicator allows you to select a date
range to compare securities.· You can plot the semi-log trendline on
a semi-log chart for a more accurate analysis than the standard
trendline.· You can now use the template's periodicity instead of the
chart's periodicity when applying a template to an existing
chart.· You can now filter out weekend data.

  · You can now cycle through all
periodicities when viewing a chart of online data. · When you change
the periodicity of a chart, the number of periods is now retained instead of
  the date range.

I have no financial interest in Equis.  I am
  a user only.

TL : i know and thanks very much.

    Thanks Lionel :

    I did something else :

    a)
     I renamed the Ms70form.dta to
    Ms70formORG.dta  (for safety reasons).

    and
    b)
then copied the Msform65form.dta to the 7.03
    metastockfolder and
    renamed then this folder to
    Ms70form.dta.

After starting  Ms prof 7.03 the formules
needed to import in the program
and not all the formula's were possible to
    import but the most important
    did get in ok.

i opened a few charts to test and it looks
    likes everything  works ok.
btw : 7.03 works much smoother then 6.53
    imho.

    Thanks anyway,

    Theo Lockefeer.

Install all your stock folders in the V 7.03
folder. While this will mean duplicating your ticker folders, it will
avoid many problems. I think that you can do this through the
      downloader.

        Indicator Errors

        Hello friends,

i have MS 6.52 and MS prof 7.03 (realtime
        and eod)
when i open my MS6.52 charts in 7.03 i get
        a lot of
irritating custom indicator errors so i
        switch back to 6.52
but of course this is a shame
        :)

        any suggestions appriciated
        much

        Thanks
