I choose to live an NY and I could have my office in the World Trade
Center.
As a matter of fact I have been considering to rent some offices at the
World
Trade Center and because I am leazy I choosed Madison Avenue which is
closer
form my residence.
Now there may have been some choices that may not have been the best one.
About Intelligence, my critic of Signal Intelligence is not just mine. As a
matter of fact George Tenet has not avoided the question has repeadly
complained that the budget they were allowed the budget that could allowed
the US Intelligence to penetrate some terrorist groups. There are also some
legal issues involved : for instance the impossibility to put some
terrorist
on the payroll. Unfortunately this is not a clean war and it is deifficult
to
fight while keeping its hands clean and technology however usefull, in my
opinion might not be the best tool.
It may be that at some point human ressources are more important than
technology and America has all te human ressources it needs.
I am sorry if I did not make myself clear but I just wanted to say that
maybe
the US should rely a little bit less on technology and more on its human
ressources.
