I think that you can do it by clicking on the upper or lower band and
specifying the color.
If that doesn't work, write out the formula for BB as an indicator: when you
access it the first time, set the colors for the bands the way you want
them.

If all you want to do is to be able to distinguish the BB from other curves,
you can just set the BB curves to be thicker. Don't use a dashed/dotted line
unless you are using the thinnest.  Metastock plots thicker dashed/dotted
lines as solid lines.
