As I
recall, GIF takes a lot more space than jif files.

  Format
right click anywhere on the chart to make sure
  that it is selected.

pres ctl+c or open the edit tab at the top of the
  window and select "copy"

copy this to paint or any other similar
  program

lastly save this as *.gif file.

I believe that there is a way to do it with Paint,
but the most straightforward way is to use a screen saver such as
    SnagIt.

Is there a straight forward way to make
copies of MS charts in GIF format.
