The "VBA for Modellers"

is the only "textbook" that I know of that covers not only programming in
VBA but specific stock trading application development. Although the site
stresses the Management Science aspect there are many chapters /
applications relating to the different aspects of stock trading.

Even the relatively simple Chapter One Stock Query xls has a full blown use
of consolidation, summary measures and efficient frontiers for portfolio
development.

Break the code apart and store it in Source Plus.
