For what its worth, the problem only exists at the start and the end of the
month and consistently so. I would guess a guarantee of 7 digits of
precisions would result in the 8th digit randomly being incorrect but it
isn't. Something else or in addition too this precision problem must exist.
Needless to say, I have move the whole "shooting match" on Excel.
