I'm unhappy with the service I've received over the year from Dial/Data.
The fact that they are unable to correct any errors is unacceptable. I've
noticed on equis' website they have an error free downloading. Is anyone
using that system? I would like to continue to use the Downloader in the
evening (automatically). I'd appreciate any input you may have.
