Trading Spreadsheet

Traders,

I trade the futures market only and I am looking for an Excel spreadsheet
to track my trades.  Ideally, this spreadsheet would link to the data files
in MetaStock keeping me up to date on my current trades profit/loss.

Are any of you doing this currently or know of a spreadsheet that is in the
public domain?
