Harley,
I took a class in technical analysis in 1972 at the Institute of Finance in
NY that was taught by Ralph. He has given classes there for years and years.
He is a very good teacher. He used to hit on the women in the class. I always
envied him for being in a good position even then. No one has been more on
the money than Ralph. He has been bull right along.
