I have been off line for a while moving. Did you ever get a response to your
question on a 10% stock dividend?
One thing to always keep in mind....the price of the stock in the open market
is always adjusted for the distribution, be it stock dividend, stock split,
cash dividend, spin off, etc.
If you need further assistance, just yell....
