I have just started using PC Quote 6.0, which costs $75/month, and the
exchange fees for a few major exchanges is included (not commodities).
Unfortunately, graphing is not included at this price, but rather at
$150/month.

In short, I too am looking for something cheaper. My major requirements:
real-time, access to stock options, show every major trade, alarms, "push" to
my desktop via internet (NOT using recently hyped "push technology"), and
graphs.
