Pleeeeeease let's don't start loading this forum up with 1 liners.

Private 'thank you's' are an excellent way to show appreciation.

I already have trouble following all of my E-mail. Being able to
 respond is often out of the question because of the volume.
By the time I get to read most of it it's too late to respond.

If folks start issuing thank you's, friendly's and other non-essential
stuff, I and other's like me will have to drop off. 

It will just become physically impossible to keep up.
