I am not intimating at all that we won't or don't answer questions on
this mailing list. It seems to me many questions have been answered on
this list by this support department over the last year of this lists
existence. But, some questions posed, as this one was posed, really
befuddle rather than help most customers.

This list was never intended as a means to get direct support from Equis
International. The support that occurs here is great because in most
cases it comes from one of you, its members. When no help is
forthcoming, we try and answer the questions in as broad a manner as
possible so that the greatest number of members gain something from it.
But, there are times when we do not monitor the list for several days at
a time. If the question asked is not "urgent" to the person asking,
then this may be the place they want to ask the question. But, if the
person asking wants an answer immediately (within 24 hours except
weekends and market holidays) then the question should be directed to
support@xxxxxxxxx as there is a representative whose base assignment is
to service that address. Our forum on AOL has a representative assigned
to it as does our forum on CompuServe. Hopefully, we will soon be able
to have a forum on our World Wide Web page, but this mailing list is for
you, not us.

This list was originally setup and administered by a user with no input
from Equis International and was never intended to be a support forum,
but a world wide user group. We took over administration as a free
service to our users when he was forced to bow out, rather than allow it
to die. It has always been intended as a way for people around the
world to have a free exchange of ideas and techniques. We do not
restrict what is posted, (by previewing postings) nor by whom. We do
not advertise any product via this list and will not in the future.
When threads such as last weeks Murray Math mess occur, we do not get
involved unless members of the group specifically ask us to. What goes
on on this list is up to its' members.

Information about products, updates, formulas and FAQ's may be found on
our web page at www.equis.com.
