As an addendum. If you can obtain a copy of Dines book, now long out of
print, it is well worth reading, especially if you are a point & figure
devotee.

Don't forget that most of the indicators can be applied to a Comparative
R/S line. Using an RSI in cojunction with a R/S chart can produce some
mind blowing reversal signals. 

Make a new inner window to display the R/S chart above the stock chart.
'Save as' a template for application to any other stock or index.

I am writing an internet course on stock analysis and relative strength
is one of the main modules.
