I get Dial Data data and indices without any trouble after I log on to
Dial Data. The trouble I have is getting Dial Data to accept the call.
Sometimes I have to have the Downloader call several times to get on.
Are you sure that you have the right address for Dial Data? The one I
use with good results is [www.tdc.com/exch.html] - without the brackets,
of course.
Otherwise, you may not be getting the symbols right? Dial Data has their
own protocol about what the symbols are.
You might want to e-mail your problems to the Dial Data consumer rep -
cs_rep@xxxxxxx They are usually prompt in answering problems.
