[amibroker] Lost Newbie

Hi guys

I am not only new, but lost. Recently d/l ami-b and can't seem to get a 
handle on how to move around. Can someone direct me to a place in the 
prgm that gives the new guy a "map" on the basic operations. 

For example, i must have deleted a chart in the workspace and now is 
blank and I can't seem to get another symbol to populate the screen.

Also, is there a place that explains how to write scans and then how to 
implement them?

I know these are basic ?'s, but to the newbies, they are frustrating.

Would much appreciate any suggestions
