Can't be done it presently -- charts have to have the same ChartID to have the studies duplicate.  Tomasz has said a future version will support this (that was last summer).

 

You can do it with multiple windows tho.  See my response to tintin on 12/16 about backing up studies.  The information to learn about this is there.
