 Hi again Prashanth

Well... thanks anyway, but there were NO extensions in
there called AFL - there were hundreds of other items in there, and there was an
extension called EPP, file type Edit Pad - the detail said it 'opens with
EditPad Pro'.

Weird that there was nothing marked AFL - but this is the
thing  - in the 'MyIncludes' folder in my Amibroker Program files section,
the .afl files in there all have the EditPad icon associated with them.

I definitely have .afl files on my computer - however,
somehow these files, although named .afl, are not being 'seen'
as .afl.

Ugh...

  Hello,

Go to My Computer -> Tools ->
  Folder Options -> File Types.

  Search for extension afl
and the File type and delete the one which shows AFL and
  EditPad.

I use Win 2K so there might be
  small change in othe OS's

  Cheers

    Hello

I am trying to figure out how to use Mr. Kaloustian's
divergence indicator in an indicator. I am trying to open the .pdf file
which I need for instructions but I can't get it open. WinZip shows the two
items, the code and the .pdf, but the .pdf won't open. This has something to
do with the fact that anytime I download something from i.e. the third party
area at the Amibroker site, .afl files always shows up in the WinZip
window with a green coloured EditPad icon beside them. Editpad is
a text editor that I installed once, which now seems to hijack every .afl
file I import and changes the icon. When I try to open the .pdf which is the
instructions for the Divergence indicator, I get an error saying that the
    .afl file is not found.

Anyway, I want to deal with that problem on a
permanent basis, but in the meantime if anyone can make available to me the
.pdf in some way that I can just open it and read it, that would be great. I
never have any trouble dealing with .pdf files and I  actually just
    upgraded to Reader v 7.0

    Thanks, Nikku
