They moved the NYMEX contracts from globex to clearport and the symbol changed.

QGF06-NYMEX-FUT works for real-time quotes, but the backfill is busted. Quotetracker is the same. Suggest you also report problem to IB.

I am not able to retrieve IB RT data with either:
QGF6-NYMEX-FUT    = the form suggested in your Symbology help page
QGF06-NYMEX-FUT  = the form with QGF06 is the symbol as listed in IB under View-Symbols Mode

What could be wrong?
