Tooltips is designed to show the data where the mouse points to ... only

 

I generally put all the info I want in the TITLE, so it's always visible

Would someone know what determines the information that is shown in the tooltips? I would like to be able to show the bars OHLC as well as the HOD and LOD. Is that possible to do?
