I had similar problems. To force backfill rightclick the CONN icon in
the lower right-hand corner, then BackFill Current.
As far as the symbols. You MUST have 3 spaces after YM and ZB, and
one space after Sep. This may not print correctly due to Yahoo!
reformatting email messages.
Try these:

ESU5-GLOBEX-FUT
NQU5-GLOBEX-FUT
YM SEP 05-ECBOT-FUT
