[amibroker] Importing Historical Data

I am new so this may be a real dumb question but where can I find a
step by step to import data into my AMI program?

I tried the Import Ascii and it made a bunch of references under the
NYSE...that were the 23 hours of the day...like:

1:00
2:00
etc

so, I deleted those one by one.

Are there any tricks or methods that work better than others?
