interested in using fundamental data in conjunction with TA.

When i looked at a data sample from
http://www.ascii-data.com/stockdata20030630.csv
i tried to check the CVGI column with a formula i was familiar 
with, 
viz
CVGI (aka RV)
=	{ (EPSc+DPSc)/Price} '//sb > 9
	+
	{ (EPSc-DPSc)/ NTA } '//sb > 7 
In the data file mentioned, whenever dividend = 0, so does CVGI.
Do you know the rationale behind that -- it seems to rule out 
stocks making a recovery?
Would you clarify for me how all the additional fields in the sample 
can be accessed by AFL?
