[amibroker] Axis and Grids

I would like it if for Indicators the Properties>Axis and Grids options allowed the following choices for Grids:

• Solid, dotted, dashed.
• Pixel width choices like 1 to 5 or 10.
• Individual color choices for each line chosen to plot.
