Hello,
Keep in mind that if you change to 10 simultaneous
downloads Yahoo may start blocking you
if you have too fast connection becuase their
servers assume "denial-of-service" attack if they
detect too many connection requests from one
IP.
That's why default settings are way more
conservative (to provide reliable operation).

Settings from the Tools menu in Amiquote
and change the values under
Misc. Settings. I use:

200
Number of simultaneous downloads: 10
Number of automatic
retries : 3
Initial delay between requests
: 100
You may try some other values as you think appropriate to
eliminate your
error messages. Changing the first two values REALLY
improved the
download times.
