Hello,
The screenshot you have sent clearly says that your antivirus
software found a "virus" in HTML (text) file (19629.html) .
And it is most probably false alert generated by your antivir software.
I have checked this file with other antiviruses and they reported no problems.
The reason of this false alert is most probably this line:
<IFRAME src="cid:Nb3ryzN7IBx9ka1Sdh"; width=0 height=0></IFRAME>
Anyway since relevant post brings no value I will removed it from the archive
to prevent such alerts.
