Hi Jacob,
Try the Import Wizard Files --> Import Wizard
--> Pick files -->, then navigate to where the .csv file is, define the
fields by column, and import. If you expect to do this often you may
wish to save the rule as a template to use in the future. Also check the
website for a tutorial on importing data or the help file.
