Each time you send a query to support you receive 
automatic response with ticket number that 
means that your e-mail was delivered. No e-mail is 
ignored. All e-mails are read and analysed. 
You may not get immediate response for more complex 
stuff because it may require to check 
things first. Also we sometimes need some hours of 
sleep, therefore it is nice to give a chance to 
answer. As far as this particular e-mail is 
considered I responded personally within 2 hours  
not to mention that it was Sunday. (You have sent 
to support on Sunday, April 17, 2005 9:48 AM

    As I answered to your e-mails sent to 
    support already and can repeat here: 
    we are looking into this. 
      
    You wrote 4 e-mails about it. Two to support 
    and two to the list.  
    There is really no need to do this (sending one 
    to support is just fine) 
    especially considering the fact that we are 
    already overloaded 
    and if everyone sends 4 copies instead of one 
    it just makes answers SLOWER not faster 
    because of additional work required to read all 
    those repeated e-mails.

      I'm not using any margin (margin requirement
