[amibroker] How to make backtest enter multiple positions

I am running portfolio backtest in 4.70rc1. The default value in 
Backtester settings: Portfolio-level settings: Max Open Positions is 
kept at default 4. I cannot get it to enter multiple positions. I think 
I have all relevant settings at default. I do long only. Are there any 
typical settings that I might have overlooked? The system is entering a 
lot of positions, some "back to back", but never any multiple at the 
same time.
