AB 4.60, been running for many months. Collect quotes from Yahoo
Historical using AmiQuote 1.69 almost every day. Since 2/22/2005, I
have been unable to get quotes for ^IXIC (Nasdaq Composite) at all.
The other 400+ stocks in the database work fine, all of them, every
day. The IXIC data is fine up through 2/22, but just stops there.
- No errors on the screen, just no data imported for that one ticker
symbol.
- The import.log file contains no errors involving ^IXIC. (BTW, boy,
would it be nice if the log files included a date&time stamp on every
line. Something like 20050324_235500 is informative, compact, easy to
parse, and sorts correctly.)
- When I get the same quote from Yahoo Historical quotes manually, it
looks fine, so I think the problem may be in the importing. URL =
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?a=00&b=2&c=2005&d=02
&e=25&f=2005&g=d&s=%5EIXIC
Anyone else having the same problem or seen something like it? Any
help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
