[amibroker] STUMPED !! - Trailing stop and crossover formula question

Does anyone know how to code the following formula section, I am 
stumped :  -


here is what i want it to say in simple terms -

1.) Sell 1/2 of the position only if the trailing stop of 10% is 
triggered 

OR 

2.) if the 15 day MA crosses the 40 day MA

whichever comes first.

If one of them is met, the other one will stay in place and act as 
the next safety net.
