[amibroker] Keeping graphs and indicators out of TEXT at TOP of Graph

Hello,

 I saw a piece of code awhile back that allows you to create a buffer at 
the TOP and BOTTOM of  charts to prevent charting from invading the TEXT 
portion at the TOP of Charts. I have searched and can not re-find it -- 
maybe because I can't remember "what" it was called!

Also coding to prevent Price Graph from invading Volume at the bottom of 
a Price Graph.
