    Subject: RE: [amibroker] Corrupted data
    base

Hello, tried first to export and then import edited data, and append
new data but that wouldn't work. Finally went back to a DB backup and i
succeeded in appending new data. It would be nice if there was a way to do
this more efficiently and only fix the one stock that is corrupt, doing the
entire data base may re-introduce earlier errors with other stocks that I
    have forgotten about.

    best regards,
    herman

      For some
unknown reason, after an AB shutdown and restart, my RT minute data starts
at 12:44 pm instead of 9:30 am. Backfil doesn't fill the data
      gap.

      Is backfill
supposed to verify all data that is available for dowload against the
local database, i.e. fill the gap and correct data
      errors?

      This is not
the first time this happened and I can't seem to be able to build up
historical data beyond the about 6-months that eSignal offers. Can i edit
the data base and remove the last corrupted data and then refill with a
      backfill?

      Thanks for any
      suggestions you may have,
      herman.
