I didn't test this but I think that doesn't matter. 
I would guess your stop :Sell=Ref(Buy,-1); SellPrice=O; is viewed as an N-bar 
stop (but I could be wrong). 
  
Did you try to set the N-bar stop: "has priority" 
and you still get the false result?

  In this case, the profit target stop was the 
  only one in use. The other  exits were hand coded.

  which stops are evaluated, and this is very much worth 
  knowing.
