mm returns 0.9
and test returns 928

mm= StrMid(NumToStr(1040928),4,3);
test= StrMid("1040928",4,3);

 

wm - Looks OK.  NumToStr default format is 1.3 and True for separator.  So NumToStr(1040928) results in 1,040,928.000.  mm then is 0,9 for a StrMid start of 4 (zero based) and count of 3.
