Goto "File" use import wizard and reformat the date-field.

I have found some old data that I would like to add to my existing
data which I update from yahoo.

The problem is

the names of companies in Ami and this file match
However the ticker is what I get from yahoo
the date field might need to be reformatted

Any ideas how this can be done?
