Hello,
As it seems SpySweeper program has a bug and generates false
positives on setups created with InnoSetup (which is used also by AmiBroker's official releases).
I have found on the web similar case:

You may try downloading and installing InnoSetup itself from:
http://files.jrsoftware.org/is/4/isetup-4.0.10.exe
and if you get the same warning from spysweeper then it will mean
that there is a bug in spysweeper program itself causing false warnings.
