[amibroker] New High

Good day,

I would like to test a condition saying

Stock X made a NEW High  WITHIN  the last 10 days. 

"Within" meaning that the NEW HIGH could have acurred at any day 
within the last 10 days.

I know I have to use the HHV function, but could not formulate it.
