[amibroker] JS for a particular instance of AmiBroker

Friends,

If there are more two or more instances of AmiBroker running, then 
any AmiBroker related JScript executed affects chronologically oldest 
instance of AmiBroker of running.

Is there a way of specifying which instance of AmiBroker the JScript 
should affect ?  If there is, please give inputs about how to specify 
this.
