[amibroker] Q: How to add many new symbols to a database?

There is a function Symbol/New in AB to add new symbols to a 
database by using a small window, but what if I want to add many 
symbols at once? I can load all the data I need with the use of *lst
in AmiQuote, as I do now, but they do not appear in AutoUpdate in 
AmiQuote among US-Stocks, and I always have to update the data for 
them separately. Is there a way to add *lst to US-Stocks so that 
they will be updated automatically when I need to?
