[amibroker] 64 bits. How much precision?

How much information can you glean and massage out 
of a H/L/C price bar that was just til 2 years ago demarked in 1/4 point 
increments (not pennies) in the American markets?  64 bits?? 
A lot of rocket science was done with 16 bit 
precision, and before that with 8 bits.
